Kerri Christy
Founder & Director
Find the balance in your business

Owning and operating a business is hard work. Running her own small business, Kerri Christy knows first hand how many things are competing for your attention each day. Kerri's aim is to make the administrative side of your business stress-free by supporting you in all things bookkeeping, payroll and administration.

Originally from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Kerri has recently relocated to the beautiful Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. The digital-age has allowed Kerri to live in paradise while steadily growing her business, with valued clients from all across Australia.

 

It can sometimes be a difficult decision to hand over the reins and outsource your accounting and bookkeeping. It's important to have confidence that the person you choose is just as particular about your business as you. Regardless of whether your business is a salon, a gym or a cafe, Kerri takes the time to really understand you and your business.

Kerri's specialty lies with start-ups and small businesses, assisting new business owners to establish accounting packages and compliance with the ATO. Her goal is to alleviate these time consuming tasks from your to-do list and support you with advice and strategies for make these processes less overwhelming.

Kerri is able to provide tips and advice on improving, simplifying, or streamlining your internal business processes, taking the stress out of end of month, quarter, and year reporting. Kerri is a wizard at organising your bookkeeping and ensuring lodgements are up-to-date, no matter how messy or neglected your filing is!

Sophie ChristY
Operations Director & Bookkeeper

Hi there! My name is Sophie and I am a bookkeeper and operations manager extraordinaire. You're probably thinking, "Wow, what an exciting career choice!" And you know what? You're absolutely right.

 

I am passionate about helping small business owners achieve their goals by taking the stress away. Because let's face it, who needs extra stress in their lives?

​

With extensive experience in property, office management, and operations, I know a thing or two about juggling tasks and keeping everything running smoothly. Kind of like a circus performer, except without the excessive makeup and creepy clown outfits.

​

When I'm not balancing books and overseeing operations, you can probably find me binge-watching my latest Netflix obsession or attempting to cook something that doesn't end up in the rubbish bin.

​

But let's get serious for a moment. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and I am here to help them thrive. So if you're a business owner in need of bookkeeping assistance, then look no further. I may not have a superhero cape, but I do have a calculator and a can-do attitude. Let's take on the world (of business) together.

Mak

PA and Head of Client Happiness 

Mak has been a part of the team since the business began and although he loves the outdoors, he is very serious about presenting the professional vibe when he’s in the office. Mak assists with helping clients understand the possibility of balance in their work day. No matter how snowed under we are, there is always time for a pat (he’s actually quite needy for those!), and a break laying out in the sun.

Internal Cuteness Manager

Gigi is the newest member of our team and is proving to be quite the little go getter! She is always encouraging the team to be active and get out for lunchtime walks, but is then happy to quietly supervise as we get our work done throughout the afternoon.
